Instruments
April 20, 2015
Have you ever heard of a flumpet? How about a Jazzophone? Another unique instrument being researched is a Dilruba.
Students must research who invented the instrument, when it was invented, where it was invented, what instrument family it is in, what it is made out of, famous persons who play the instrument, how you play it and how it produces sound.
They must also include a diagram of the instrument and a short video of someone playing on the instrument. After the research is completed, the students make a powerpoint and present their findings to the class.
Students learn a lot of history about the instruments as well as how to properly construct sentences with correct spelling and punctuation.
